1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, with original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Personalized/customized products
- Items without original authenticity cards
3. How to Return
- Initiate your return via our Returns Portal
- Pack items securely in original dust bag and box
- Attach the prepaid label (U.S. only) or use your preferred carrier
4. Refund Process
- Refunds issued within 7-10 business days after inspection
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
- Refunds credited to original payment method
5. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. For a different item:
- Return the original product
- Place a new order at mcmbagsbrand.com
6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
7. International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs/duties non-refundable
- Use a trackable shipping service
8. Authenticity Guarantee
All returns are inspected to verify:
